Albariño Three Pack. All sourced from Rorick Heritage Vineyard in the Sierra Foothills.
2016: Harvested on Aug. 24th & Sept. 12th from two vineyard blocks, whole-cluster pressed and fermented by wild yeast. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel and neutral oak barrels. Notes of honeydew melon.
2017: Harvested on Sept. 14th at 22.4 brix, 3.41pH. Fermented by wild yeast in neutral oak barrels and aged on its lees, with no sulfur added, for 6 months in neutral oak barrels, including a puncheon. Notes of stone fruit and salinity.
2018: Harvested on Sept. 14th at 21.6 brix, 3.32pH. Fermented by wild yeast in stainless steel & neutral oak barrels. Aged on its lees, with no sulfur added, for 6 months in neutral oak. Notes of green apple and melon.
